• We store your details within our payment software (Square) to send you secure invoices for our services.
• Your name and email address is stored in our mailing list in order to contact you with regards to updates, along with marketing emails from time to time.
• We use mail on iMac, which automatically stores your name and email address making it easy to send you future emails.

What we DON'T do with your information

• We do not share any of your card or payment details on any of our systems, all clients pay via bank transfer (BACS) or we can send you an link to pay by Square and we do not see any of your details.
• We do not use an other third party companies except Square.
• We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
• We do not send spam mail.

All online reciprocated activities and communications are continually monitored and protected by anti-virus software, and SSL certificates (secure socket layers).

From time to time we will send a marketing email with information about our services, special offers or discounts that may be of interest to you.

If you no longer wish to be contacted by us, no problem, here is how:
