HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE THE CELTIC TAP MOBILE BAR

The hire cost is £250, to secure your date which is non-refundable and payable upon booking.

This covers:-

Secures your chosen date
Choose from either our converted vintage horse box bar, Craftsmans Bar, Stave Bar or Vintage Bar for your event
Qualified, friendly members of staff to run the bar
All glassware, chillers and professional equipment needed for the perfect bar
Option to customise your drink
Draught beer, lager and cider for the best pint (Horsebox only)
Cash or card offering contactless card payments (subject to WiFi signal)
We provide a wide variety of premium Welsh beverages.
Garnishes to complement your favourite tipple and of course plenty of ice

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Yes there is a minimum spend of £1500 which is easily achievable and based on an averagenumbers of 80-100 guests it is usually achieved in the first 2-3 hours.

Any prepaid drinks we provide for you e.g. Welcome Drinks, Wine for the table etc. will go towards your minimum spend total.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PRICING STRUCTURES?

CASH BAR - When planning your event with a mobile bar service, consider the advantages of offering a cash bar option. This allows guests to purchase their own drinks, providing them with a wider selection of beverages while alleviating the host's financial burden. A cash bar can enhance the experience, as guests have the freedom to choose their favourite drinks, from cocktails to craft beers, all served by professional bartenders. Furthermore, mobile bar services often provide a stylish setup, ensuring your event not only runs smoothly but also leaves a lasting impression.

HOSTS BAR - If you would like to start the party going and for example contribute £500 to guest first drinks you can do so. We will keep a running tab throughout so your guests can enjoy drinks on you until the agreed amount have been reached and then we can revert to a cash bar. We can provide you with an itemised receipt for your spend.

TOKEN BAR - You pay for a number of drinks in advance and give your guests a token so they can come to the bar to redeem their token for a drink of their choice. We would agree in advance what drinks you would like included and the cost. Guests can come to the bar whenever they wish throughout the day whilst we run a cash bar along side for all other bar orders.

DOES THE BAR NEED TO BE OUTSIDE?

Not necessarily, our Horsebox bar is designed to be outside but if you have an inside space where you would like the bar we have a selection of options for you to choose from.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance.

WHAT TIME DO YOU SERVE UNTIL?

When we submit our TEN (Temporary Event Notice) to the Council we will request the time you have advised however we have to be guided by the local licensing authorities and venue restrictions and must stop serving when advised.

WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU OFFER?

We have our own internet connection (subject to local signal) and bring everything we need to provide you and your guests with a superb bar service experience. We do however need an electricity supply and water. If either of these are not available we can arrange for an additional cost.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We are based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, South Wales, but are happy to travel (within reason) for a good party! Additional travel costs may occur, please contact us for details.
